ABOUT THE WORK
I’m Nathanael Bryan, a clinical and behavioural nutritionist specialised in fat loss and metabolism. My job is to build a strategy with you: one that respects your history, your routine, and your goals.
Every plan is unique and adjusted as many times as it takes. You won’t get a rigid meal plan or a one-size-fits-all formula. You’ll get technical guidance, real listening, and close follow-up through the entire process.
CLINICAL FOLLOW-UP, NOT A CONSULTATION
In a traditional consultation, you receive a diet at the first appointment and return 30 days later with little support in between.
In a structured clinical follow-up, I stay by your side for 90 days: gathering your feedback every week, scheduling new consultations whenever needed, adjusting the plan in real time, and maintaining close, honest contact throughout the process.
Ninety days is the minimum for meaningful, lasting results and enough time for you to build the nutritional understanding to guide your own progress. If you follow the process closely, you may be ready to pause here or we continue until you can maintain the results on your own.
